Production Time
Our normal production time is 3-4 business days from payment except for rush orders. For rush orders, please select a rush service during checkout.
Acceptable Art
All production ready art should uploaded as a vector file with all type converted to outlines or converted to curves. Low resolution, such as business cards, photocopies, faxes, or printed materials may be subject to additional art charges.
Acceptable Art Software
Adobe Illustrator CS and higher, Photoshop CS and higher and QuarkXpress 8 and higher.
Customer logos
Button eXperts is not responsible for any reproduction of unauthorized trademarked or copyrighted logos supplied by the customer. Proper use of trademarked or copyrighted logos is the responsibility of the customer, and any damages incurred as a result of unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy/Cancellations
Buttons may be returned when accompanied by Return Authorization Labels. To receive an RMA, email sales@buttonexperts.com. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of buttons and buttons must be returned to Button eXperts within 60 days. A credit will be issued when the buttons are received. Button returns may incur a restocking fee of 10%-20% the order cost. Charges may be incurred on any order that has been cancelled once submitted. Completing a order online is binding. Customers may be responsible for 100% of the total sale or a percentage of total sale once production has begun.
Handling Charges: $6.00 handling fee for all orders. There will be an additional $6.00 charge for every drop ship location. Drop ship addresses must be received in an Excel format 72 hours in advance of ship date.
Simulated Artwork: Artwork shown on product pages are simulated. Production art may not exactly match simulated art. Marks not registered trademarks by Button eXperts are trademarks of their respective IP holders.
Product Availability: Button eXperts reserves the right to change, upgrade, improve or discontinue an item at anytime.
CANADIAN SHIPPING ASSISTANCE:
Button eXperts offers a few different options for our Canadian customers. We can ship your order on your own shipper number, as well as provide the tariff code for you. You would be liable for incoming shipping, brokerage, and any other related fees.
We can ship your order on OUR account either by air or ground service. If your order ships ground, you will be charged, per shipment, a discounted brokerage fee depending on the amount of your order.
- Under $2K = $16
- Over $2K = $28
Button eXperts adds the duty, per the corresponding code.
All discounted fees are subject to the Goods and Services Tax and/or the Provincial Sales Tax. A $6.00 handling fee will be added to your order.
Please note: If your order is shipped using OUR account, you will receive an invoice for the GST/HST fees. If you choose to ship your order on your own account, you (the customer) is liable for all taxes/duties/fees/etc.
